Digitization is intensely present in every aspect of modern public and private life. This process, through computing and networking, is derived from tremendous advances in computing, telecommunications, information management, and, more recently, artificial intelligence, so that the processes involved are becoming faster, more accurate, and more cost-effective overall.
Technological evolution and the intensive use of innovative technologies have also come with increased risks in the digitization process, implemented both within the governmental institutions involved in the process, but also at the public level of accessibility.
